An international non-governmental organization currently implementing a
program to improve the participation of key Nigerian stakeholders in
electoral and processes is looking for Nigerian citizens to fill a
position in its office in Abuja, Nigeria:
Location: Abuja
Duties and Responsibility
- Lead the development, implementation and revision of the organization’s monitoring and evaluation framework
- Lead the planning and implementation of program reviews,
assessments and monitoring Collect data and information on all program
activities as required under the performance monitoring plan - Collect reports’ on organization’s activities and assist in securing relevant reports from its partners.
- Prepare and submit reports on M & E activities.
- Identify lessons learnt and implications for program’s next steps.
Qualification and Experience
- Experience in the drafting of program implementation plans and
performance management plans (PIP/PMP); data collection, data analysis
and effective data presentation techniques and developing and
maintaining program performance and implementation-tracking tools. - Demonstrated ability to produce substantive and clear reporting documents.
- Minimum of 10 years work experience (5 years of M & E experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Politics, Development or related field (Master’s Degree or PHD preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with USG grant and contract proposals, regulations and procedures.
