Job Description

The South East/South-South Regional Manager is responsible for planning, directing, arid implementing activities related to Clients Relations/Providers’ management and Sales in accordance with Company policies and procedures and budgeted costs.
This position supervises Branch Offices in Port Harcourt, Enugu, Owerri, Onitsha and Aba, The South East/South-South Regional Manager should be an experienced administrator and marketing expert with focus on retail business in a service environment with a minimum of 12 years post qualification experience.
Understanding of the health insurance market in Nigeria will be an added advantage
The candidate will report directly to the Head of Southern Operations the Organization.
Areas of Resonsibilities

Marketing of various Health plans
Lead and develop supervision within tile Region, including the establishment of key business objectives for team Leadsand members.
Define, document, and monitor key performance indicators for the Region.
Ensure all operations comply with company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and process specifications.
Provide leadership in the areas of on boarding and training of any new personnel within the Region.
Support Sales efforts within the Region. Participate in joint sales calls and meetings when required.
Hold effective operations meetings of the Region on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
Other Expectations are:

A good University Degree.
Possession of a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and for Degree in any medical field will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Management position.
Must not be less than 35years of age.
Must be ready to travel within and outside geographical coverage for operational activities.
Ability to speak lgbo Language fluently will be an added advantage.
Must be Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft office applications).
Sound business acumen and excellent marketing skills.
Must be able to interpret financial data/reports.
Excellent written and spoken English end time management skills.
Good organizational and staff management skills.
Experience of workIng with people of diverse discipline and culture.
