Job Description
- The role of the Field Sales Manager is to lead and motivate the sales team, implement marketing strategies, and ensure sales targets are met.
Education and Experience
- University Degree (Economics, Business Management)
- 4 – 5 years of experience (KAR, Trade, Field Sales Area Manager)
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
Skills and Competencies:
- Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within budgetary constraints, through selling, negotiating and through the execution of the company’s 4P objectives with assigned sector
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationship with existing clients
- Provide Seller Support from registration to maximize customer experience
- Promote the Company’s brand and manage sales within designated regions
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to acquire new clients and pitch the company’s services
- Monitor trends and suggest strategies for process improvement
- Seek opportunities for exploitation for the company’s benefit and effectively utilize technology, both internally and externally
