Job Title: Sales Executive (Southwest)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Creating demand for the distributors and sub distributors in the allocated territory.
- Selling and redistributing of the company’s products in the territory.
- Effective penetration and coverage of the supermarkets, chain stores, corporate organizations, etc.
- Liaising with the distributors and sub distributors to organize, control and supervise Merchandisers and as well maintain their database.
- Developing sales strategies/plans and achieve performance target.
- Achieving sales target, growth and market share objective within the territory.
- Effective customer relationship management and retention.
- Monitoring, evaluating and supervision of distributors and sub distributors performances in the assigned territory.
- Enhancement of customers’ payment and re-ordering of the products.
- Plan the use of resources efficiently and effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Feedback to the management on competitors’ activities, market situations and customer’s complaint.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience.
- Proven excellence of sales and target meeting skills.
- Determination and the drive to work towards targets.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Good customer service and possession of people management skills
Job Title: Distributor
Location: Nationwide
Job Role
- Open new markets for the sales of the company’s products
- Ensure that the company’s products are available on all the table-tops/retailers in your territory.
Requirements
- Prospective distributors must have a warehouse or shop that can accommodate food item
- Must have a partnership fund of #250,000 for all the company’s product
- Must submit a duly filled distributorship form which must be obtained in the company.
Job Title: Personnel Officer
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Create a central data base of all company staff and entire workforce
- Review, formulate and implement rules and regulations guiding the official conduct of all employees
- Sanction any erring worker via querry and advice the management on human relationship matter
- Manage and keep adequate information of all company’s contractors
- Carry out any other assignment that may be assigned by the Managing Director
Requirements
- HND in Personnel Management or any related discipline
- Must be a male between 35-40 years old
- Must have at least 3 years experience in human management
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Drive a team of dedicated and resourceful sales officer
- Develop, organize and execute sales strategies that will increase the company’s portfolio
- Must be able to lead by example and meet personal sales target
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business/sales for the company.
- Open new markets for the sales of the company’s products
- Ensure that the company’s products are available on all the table-tops/retailers by aggressively following-up on the recruited distributors to boost their performances.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Analyze the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers.
- Supply management with oral and comprehensive written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
Requirements
- HND in Marketing, Business Administration
- Must have at least 5 years experience in the FMCG, especially food and beverage i.e Yoghurt, Table water, Flavour drink etc.

- Assist the production manager
- Carryout every function of the production manager
- Plan production activities, co ordinate and supervises manufacturing of production batches
- Carryout basic laboratory analysis such as brix, pH, acidity, etc.
- Provide stock update of raw materials and finished goods for management decision
Requirements
- Must reside around Sango Ota and it environs
- Must be a male and posses a minimum qualification of ND in Science Laboratory Technology or any other related discipline
