Job Description

• The Group Head, Credit & Marketing will be reporting to the MD/CEO of the Financial services company and will be responsible for creative and innovative
• Generation of liability and funding for the company
• Generation of quality asset/risk to effectively match the company’s liability profile

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics and any other numerate course
• Must be able to do attract High Net-worth Individuals (HNI), and structure other financial products: Bankers’ Acceptances (BA), Commercial Papers (CP), wholesale borrowing & financial accommodation for company’s projects and risk assets.
• The ideal candidate must have considerable / demonstrable experience of 3-5 years in credit, business development and marketing of financial products and services.
• Possession of professional qualifications like ACA, ACIB, and MBA will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite is desirable

Job Title: Group Head, Corporate Finance & Research
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Candidate will head Investment Banking division of the group.

Job Requirements
He or She is expected to have good/demonstrable experience of:

• Macro & Micro economics
• Financial markets
• Financial advisory services (FAS) and Research
• Deal / transaction structuring
• Cradle to grave experience of capital structuring, capital issuance
• Business combination and project Finance
• Analysis of market & Financial instruments
• Deal / transaction execution in a timely & efficient manner

Qualification/Experience

• First degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics.
• Possession of Postgraduate Degree like MBA, M.Sc, ACA, ACIB, CFA will be an added advantage.
• 3-5 years cognate experience in a good and leading investment banking/consulting environment is required.
