Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by reviewing design,documents & drawings as well as manufacturer (OEM) selection; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
  • Review electrical systems submitted by OEM’s and EPC contractors as the clients lead electrical engineer by studying plant requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
  • Visit OEM and suppliers to ensure equipment being supplied or produced, are to the specified standards and are compliant with the required production schedules.

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree in the related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 10 Years of Power Plant electrical experience is desirable, however other industrial plant electrical experience will be considered (for example oil & gas/petrochemical).
  • Experience with L.O.T.O Systems within a Permit To Work procedure is required.

Job Title: Manager, Cooperate Communications

Responsibilities

  • Develop the company’s communications and Public Relations strategies to facilitate achievement of overall business goals and strategy.
  • Planning and management of communication projects, concept development, research, writing, editing, proofreading and printing.
  • Produce appropriate communication materials for the company, the media and other stakeholders in the business to inform and educate on Company’s business goals.
  • Produce media intelligence periodic environmental scan reports to educate members of management and enable them make informed business decisions.
  • Media relations management to ensure positive perception of the Company’s Brand to support achievement of the company business strategic objectives, as well as, build shareholder confidence.
  • Manage community relations from a media perspective to showcase the company’s creation and delivery of shared values with its communities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years post graduate experience in communications/media/brand management and compliance in a reputable organization.
  • Hands-on Experience in Public Relations, marketing, events, media relations, and corporate communications.
  • Ability to function well in a diverse team is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work within strict timelines and generally under pressure, self-motivated, strategic thinker and problem-solver.

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support the GMHR in the development of the HR strategy, whilst working in a liaison role with the corporate business planning team to develop the company’s business plan.
  • Develop and manage the execution of the company’s HR business scorecard through quarterly reviews, advising the GMHR on performance improvement action.
  • Support the GMHR in workforce planning projections and activities as part of executing.
  • Provide specific support to the GMHR to;

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metric.
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Dynamics.

Job Title: Instrumentation & Control Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Perform work, generally within Control System Engineering, which involves the preparation, interpretation or review of calculations, specifications, plans, investigations, surveys, structures systems or equipment with complex features.
  • Participate in one or more of the following: Development of system requirements, Automated Control System design, development, and/or maintenance, System design, including concept sketches and layouts, Automated Control and Human Machine Interface (HMI) Software Development.
  • Preparation of specifications and design calculations.

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree in the related field or equivalent years of experience will be considered.
