Job Title: ICSS Specialist

Reference Number: PAE005
Location: Lagos
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

• Manage interfaces with main contractor through CPY Commissioning Representative for all matters related to commissioning, during the whole life of the project.
• Prepare system limit drawings with regards to the discipline.
• Populate or supervise as required the CAPS database with regards to his discipline.
• Manage cybersecurity and hand-over of packages as per TOTAL requirements
• Manage hand over process to field operation as per project procedure.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc., B.Tech or HND in Industrial Control and Automation Regulation or Industrial IT
• Minimum of 8 years experience

Skills:

• OPERCOM / KAPS, ESD systems
• Advanced Control Systems programming
• Commissioning Engineering, Commissioning Execution
• Knowledge of the FPSO applied his discipline

 

Job Title: Process Specialist

Location: Lagos
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare system limit drawings with regards to the discipline.
• Supervise the Vendor activities related to process commissioning tasks.
• Populate or supervise as required the ICAPS database with regards to his discipline.
• Populate or supervise as required the CAPS database with regards to his discipline.
• Participate as necessary and within the frameworks of the Process discipline in the Factory Acceptance tests of the relevant major equipment packages.
• Manage and coordinate with other disciplines Fire & Gas systems, ESDs and deluges tests
• Manage hand over process to field operation as per project procedure

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc., B.Tech or HND in Chemical or Process Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years experience

Skills:

• OPERCOM / ICAPS, ESD systems.
• Detection and Deluge systems, lifting equipment
• Advanced Control Systems programming
• Commissioning Engineering, Commissioning Execution
• Knowledge of the FPSO applied his discipline

 

Job Title: Mechanical Specialist

Location: Lagos
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

Job Title: Electrical Specialist

Location: Lagos
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

• To be the technical reference for all matters related to his trade.
• Ensure safety of commissioning operations, with regards to all electrical systems.
• Ensure all Sat et Quality and Schedule targets are met with regards to his discipline.
• Supervise the Vendor activities related to electrical commissioning tasks, including the ESD system, ESDG systems, EMDG system, Lighting systems, at switchboards systems, over power network, operation of the packages and all process

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. BTech or HND in Electrochemical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years experience

Skills:

• OPERCOM / ICAPS, ESD systems
• Electrical drives, Network Protections Management Systems
• Commissioning Engineering, Commissioning Execution
• Knowledge of the FPSO applied his discipline

 

Job Title: Instrument Specialist

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

• To be the technical reference for all matters related to his trade.
• Ensure safety of commissioning operations, with regards to all instrument systems.
• Ensure all Safety, Quality and Schedule targets are met with regards to his discipline,
• Supervise the Vendor activities related to instrument commissioning tasks.
• Prepare system limit drawings with regards to the discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc./ BTech or HND in Industrial Control and Automation Regulation
• Minimum of 8 years experience

Job Title: Completions Manager

Reference Number: PAE002
Location: Lagos
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the ICAPS database Server integrity and Hardware installation.
• Interface with CTR team specialists, leaders on the pre-commissioning activities.
• Manage, monitor, analyze and report performance of the Pre -commissioning and Commissioning works and potential issues.
• Is the technical reference for all matters related to his trade.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. B.Tech or HND in Electrochemical or Instrumentation or any other technical field
• Minimum of 12 years experience

Skills:

• OPERCOM / ICAPS, ESD systems.
• Network Power Management Systems, Network Protections Management Systems,
• Commissioning Engineering, Commissioning Execution.

 

Job Title: Commissioning Manager

Location: Lagos
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

• Manage resources such as manpoweI vendors, eqiapment, tools.
• Approve test reports and the ICAPS database accordingly.
• Manage and coordinate for all disciplines and systems on the FPS0.
• Ensure that Commissioning Marked-up is done on relevant drawings and documents.
• Manage all technical problems encountered.
• Manage hand over Process to field operation as per project procedure.
• Mobilize and Manage resources identified during Commissioning preparation.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc., B.Tech or HND in Electrochemical or Instrumentation or any other technical field
• Minimum of 15 years experience

Skills:

• OPERCOM / ICAPS / Commissioning Execution and start-up.
• Knowledge of the FPSO applied his discipline
• Oil & Gas Treatment and Utilities process specifically for FPSO
