A Real Estate and Property Advisory company located on the  mainland is looking to hire a creative, dynamic, estate surveyor for their  Property Transactions Team.

Job Title: Estate Surveyor
Location: Lagos

Education & Skills:

• BSC/HND/OND in Estate Management
• Previous Estate Surveyor experience would be preferred
• Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent command Of English

Job Responsibilities:

• Leasing and sales of properties under company management.
• Sourcing of properties that will be added to the company’s portfolio
• Carry out inspections and prepare schedule of dilapidation.
• Rent and service charge collection and other statutory fees payments.
• Carry out a schedule of property condition on client’s property.
• Customer service and marketing preparation for new and existing projects.
• Repair and maintenance of properties.
