We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Travel Consultant
Location: Lagos

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Following up with existing clients;
  • Account Opening/Management of Hunta’s corporate accounts; and
  • Document Control of electronic and physical documentation.
  • Taking travel instructions from Clients;
  • Booking and Issuing Tickets;
  • Generating Invoices;
  • Liaising with representatives of hunta’s affiliates for travel bookings;
  • Preparing Weekly reports on receivables and hunta transactions (excel);
  • Promoting Holiday and leisure travel packages;
  • Make car hire and hotel reservations for clients;

Required Capabilities

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Must be proficient in use of Microsoft office.
  • Must possess excellent command of English Language;
  • Must be Client friendly and able to work under pressure;
  • Must be proactive and a quick thinker;
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Consultant
Location:
 Lagos

General Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts;
  • Target new and existing accounts across all sectors for new business;
  • Build content marketing plans;
  • Develop and execute Corporate Sales strategies and initiatives;
  • Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events;
  • Follow up on leads generated through field contacts, and promotional events;
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program;
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
  • Follow up on all overdue payments.

Required Capabilities

  • Must possess excellent command of English Language;
  • Must be able to work towards set KPIs and targets;
  • Must be proactive and a quick thinker;
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Must be proficient in use of Microsoft office
