Job Title: Front Desk Executive/Receptionist
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Be very friendly, hospitable and professional at all times.
- Make guests/ patrons feel welcome and at home all the time.
- Deal with bookings and reservations by phone, email, letter or face to face.
- use computerised system to book rooms and keep details of belongings, and available rooms up to date.
- Complete procedures when guests arrive and depart.
- choosing rooms and handling out keys.
- preparing bills and receiving payments
- Answering inquiries / questions about what the Resort offers and the surrounding areas.
- And any other assignment as may be directed by Executive Management.
Requirements
- Applicant must have an HND or OND in Arts & Social Sciences or its equivalent.
- Applicant must be computer literate Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) or two (2) years cognate experience in the Hotel and Hospitality industry from a reputable organisation.
- Applicant must have a good customer/ human relations as well as a good command of English Language.
- Applicant must be resident in Lekki – Ajah Axis.
- With good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications.
Job Title: Hotel/Resort Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensuring proper co-ordination of all relevant departments for the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.
- co-ordination of marketing activities to ensure optimum customer patronage.
- Creating the right atmosphere for staff harmony for effective, efficient and productive performance of their duties .
- Ensuring that support services are fully functional at all times.
- And any other assignment as may be directed by Executive Management.
Requirements
- First Degree or HND in Business Management, Marketing and Hotel / Hospitality Management.
- Applicant must have a minimum of five(5) years cognate experience in Hotel Management from a reputable organisation.
- Applicant must be resident in Lagos preferably Lekki Axis and with a very good knowledge of the State.
- Applicant must be computer literate (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel e.t.c).
Job Title: Marketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Online marketing
- Advertising the Resort’s products and services.
- Reporting daily to the Resort Manager.
- Promoting the Resort’s services.
- Carry out enlightenment and awareness campaigns of the Resort.
- And any other assignment as may be directed by the Management.
Requirements
- First Degree or HND in Sales & Marketing.
- Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years cognate experience in the marketing of Hotel and Hospitality Services, with useful and already established list of contacts from a reputable organisation.
- Applicant must be resident in Lagos preferably Lekki Axis and with a very good knowledge of the State.
- Applicant must be computer literate (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel e.t.c).
Job Title: House Keeper
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such task as locking of doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance used to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Observe precautions required to protect the Resort and guest property, report damage, theft, lost/found items to the Resort Manager.
- Follows detailed worksheet for the cleaning of each room.
- Completes inventory of room contents, provides information on any missing item to the manager.
- Cleaning of building floors and walls by sweeping, moping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Change bedding and make beds as directed.
- Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing materials, cleaning materials, bathroom items etc.
- Clean and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges. e.t.c.
- And any other assignments as may be directed by Executive Management.
Requirements
- Applicant must have an OND in Hotel and Hospitality Management or it’s equivalent or Senior Secondary School Certificate(SSCE) with a minimum of three (3) credits.
- Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years cognate experience in the provision of Hospitality services from a reputable organisation.
- Applicant must be resident in Lekki, Ajah or Sangotedo Axis.
Job Title: Chef /Cook
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Developing recipes, plan menus and determine the cost of food.
- Prepare ordered food to the satisfaction of customers.
- Effective and efficient cost management of the processes in the kitchen, to avoid / minimize wastages to barest minimum.
- Efficient supervision and training of other kitchen staff.
- Make requisition for items needed as at when due.
- Demonstrate techniques to kitchen staff and advice on cooking procedures.
- Explain and enforce regulations on proper and good hygiene.
- And any other assignment as may be directed by Executive Management.
Requirements
- Applicant must have an HND or OND in Catering Services with special emphasis in Continental and Nigeria cuisine.
- Applicant must have a minimum of five (5) years cognate experience from a reputable organisation in the provision of hospitality services.
- Applicant must be resident in Lekki, Ajah or Sangotedo Axis.
