Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team and develop sales strategies in line with the company’s existing protocols and product line with a comprehensive knowledge of the target market.
- Promote the company’s brand values in line with its products and services in a bid to grow the client base and increase profits.
- Supervise the drafting and implementation of the company’s sales plan.
- Monitor the sales team to ensure the company’s sales target are met.
- Plan and support negotiation with clients.
- Plan and implement the company’s sales exhibition and product launch.
- Proactively look out for changes in product purchase trends and competitor’s activities within the industry.
- Develop Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Draft and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering and other relevant discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of selling similar products and services including B2B sales management experience.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical advantages of a product or solution to a non-technical decision maker.
- Excellent English verbal and written language skills.
- Ability to use digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Mobility to travel across Nigeria.
