Job Title: Water System Project Manager

Job Description
- Water System Project Manager will be responsible for all site operation, work completion and testing, maintenance and maintaining relationships with existing clients with. Responsible for all OEM.
- The position will work closely with , project managers, engineers, and contractors in effort to offer solutions on safety related issues by providing pre- and post- installation advice and support about products. The holder will liaise regularly with other members of the engineering team and colleagues from a range of departments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Reviews all engineering design drawings of his section of the project before passing them for use to his group.
- Prepare and interpret conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for pumps, pipes, pumps and components.
- Assist in the conducting of tests and analyses of machines, components and materials to determine their performance, strength, response to stress and other characteristics.
- Perform calculations and analyses to assist in the design of mechanical components for use in the firefighting system processes.
- Maintains functional links with other unit heads in the project, particularly with the Accounts and Administration units.
- Responsible for the complete life cycle of the project.
- Will ensure that accurate and complete estimates of projects are prepared.
- Will work with clients to develop preliminary design and project scope.
- Will attend proposal meetings with owner to discuss scope of work, answer questions, discuss ways to reduce costs and ask for the job.
- Will be responsible for keeping jobsite foreman informed of all aspects to the job.
- Work closely with the mechanical design team to ensure working plans and technical drawings meet project specifications and goals.
- Makes forward plans in section of the project for the release of equipment, proper housekeeping, proper use of equipment and personnel employed.
- Directs and supervises project engineers in the performance of all aspects of their work.
- Monitors Sub-contractors at each stage of the work to ensure proper compliance with all technical aspects of the contract through both individual contacts and co-ordination meetings.
- Develop and direct project plans with team, ensuring that project budget, schedules, and requirements are met.
- Undertaking design works in accordance with NFPA standards.
- Assist in the preparation of cost and material estimates, project schedules and reports.
- Organise materials and manpower requirement for the projects.
- Organise training for project team.
- Project commissioning and organise demobilisation from site.
- Provide technical information to other departments as required.
- Other tasks as may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and that are related to engineering projects or any engineering function of the company.

- Responsible for the Overall Planning, Management, Analysis and Reporting of SCSP’s Financial and Real Assets in line with the Requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Company Financing Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure Financial Governance, Risk and Control measures are enforced to grow the net worth of the form by a miniumu 25% Annually.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure that effective and efficient internal controls, financial policies and procedures are implemented.
- Take ultimate responsibility for the integrity of the financial statements.
- Ensure compliance to IFRS and other reporting/regulatory standards and requirements.

Job Title: ELV Systems Installation & Commissioning Engineer
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Project Manager
Grade: Assist Manager I & II, Manager II
Job Objective
- A site-based role reporting to the Project Manager. Leading the ELV team in delivering the site-supervision of the implementation of a pre-defined design encompassing IT, ELV, Security and Fire Alarm infrastructure.
- Assisting and coordinating with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical design teams in maintaining design quality and project schedule with respect to Communications, Life Safety and Automated Systems.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing a team of ELV engineers proficient in ELV systems and on-site building practises.
- Responsible for the IT, Telecom, ELV, Electronic Security and Fire Alarm systems design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authorities and Client’s approval.
- Responsible for coordination meetings with the contractors to ensure that the intended design is implemented.
- Responsible for regular site visits to ensure installation standard is satisfactory.
- Liaison and coordination with all applicable Local Authority Departments to obtain approval at all stages of the project.

- Will assure that the installations of ELV related systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, BGM, BMS etc.) are in compliance with drawings, required specifications and standards.
- Responsible for the site work implementation and documentation in order to achieve the project target completion date.
- Report to the Senior Manager of site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance.
- Will keep records and related data of site progress in order to maintain regular / timely update to Senior Manager.
- Attend site meetings regularly and liaise with others for details of works and coordination of requirements amongst various parties.
- Involve in testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover.
