Responsibilities
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
- Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
- Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we’re on track to hit revenue targets.
- Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 1+ years’ experience working in a business role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great leadership skills.
- Top-notch analytical skills — you must have an eye for detail!
- The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.
Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Eolyon Integrated Resources is into Human Resources, Logistics and Man Power Development.
- We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator.
- This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Coordinate project deliverables
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company.
Requirements
- Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Customer-service oriented.

- The successful candidate for this position will partner with executive management to review our current business operations processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency, enhance customer service and reduce company costs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive management team to assess and improve current business processes.
- Establish methods for testing business applications and create templates for reports used to monitor application effectiveness.
- Monitor the communication between various departments to make sure that the customer service team is getting the information it needs to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ business consulting experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Manpower Development
- Must be willing to travel.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
