Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The office Assistant will be responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of the work place
- He/She will also assist in rendering administrative support in the company.
- Make sure that the office Equipment is in place.
- Work with the logistic team to procure materials needed for production.
Responsibilities
- He/ she is required to attend all their training classes which give them basic information about various sectors of the company such as management, finance, banking etc. may work under the supervision of senior employers and may be asked to do research work for the company.
- They may be asked to document the trend of the budget of the company and other such related work. may sometimes be required to visit different working fields in order to get on hand working experience. may be required to make presentations which a training session demands on the basis of which he or she may be evaluated. has to pass the entire test in order to work for that company and needs to show his or her competence for working.
- May be asked to keep records for the company and may be required to come up with new ideas for the improvement in the basic conditions of the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE and Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)

Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Open and maintain customer’s accounts by recording account information.
- Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Identify and asses customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handling and resolving product or services complaint from customers by determining the cause of the problem and resolving the best way ossible.
