Job Description

• Retsa is recruiting for a corporate law firm to fill a vacancy for the position of an Associate in the finance and compliance department:

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an LL.B/BL and 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience in commercial law
• Experience in corporate finance, corporate compliance, financial regulation and company secretarial practice will be an advantage.
• The position is for proactive persons who possess good research skills and an aptitude to learn new things.

Job Title: Associate (Litigation)

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an LLB/BL and 5 to 8 years’ post-qualification experience in general commercial litigation.
• Good research and legal drafting skills with a practical knowledge of the various rules of court is required.
• Experience in company law, financial regulation and loan recovery disputes will be an advantage.
• The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Partner in charge of Litigation
• The position is for innovative and proactive persons who are able to function with minimal supervision.
