Job Title: Senior HR Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Handle staff dissatisfaction
- Handle cross culture issues
- Enforce staff adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Ensure mutual and beneficial relationship with statutory bodies, clients, vendors and suppliers
- Performance management
- Assist senior managers to do appraisal by adopting the best appraisal practices
- Monitors and provide full instant assistance to employees for health and safety issues
- Assists employees to avail offered benefits; such as leave application, Medical etc.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years proven work experience in similar role
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- Bachelor’s degree
