Job Title: Administrator

Job Description

• We are looking for a Business Administrator to manage projects from start to finish and ensure that they are completed as per contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all digital and hard copy client contract files
• Establish a safe working environment for team members based on company policies and state and federal workplace laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related subject.
• Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal Communication Skills.

Job Title: Training Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are in need of a Training Manager to organize, plan and execute training sessions for all of our key employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the education and preparation of our staff

Responsibilities

• Assess employees’ skills, talents, performance and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement.
• Communicate with team members, trainers and management to ensure all needs are met.
