ICS Outsourcing Limited – Our client, one of the leading financial institutions is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contact Centre Agent – Hausa and Igbo

Locations: Ondo, Ekiti, Osun, Oyo, Ogun, and Kwara

Requirements

• Graduates not older than 27 years by Dec 2019
• Must be able to communicate in Hausa and Igbo languages fluently
• Minimum qualification HND Lower Credit / BSC 2:2.
• Must have completed NYSC
• 5 Credits O’L including Mathematics and English Language
• Must be proficient in both communication and presentation skills
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages especially Microsoft Excel
• Must pay strong attention to details.

Remuneration/Benefits

• NGN75,000 net monthly salary,
• Other benefits include: HMO, 13th Month salary, Leave allowance, etc
