Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Core purpose of the Job
- To take care of the hotel’s infrastructure (e.g. buildings, electricity.) You will manage maintenance personnel and plan various renovation and repair projects.
- In this role, you should be organized and proactive.
- Your goal will be to ensure our hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike.
Task Complexity
- Design servicing periods and Inspect all equipment and run tests where necessary for:
- Generators.
- Air Conditioners.
- Elevators.
- Kitchen burners.
- Laundry machines.
- Borehole tanks.
- Gym equipment.
- Constant check of diesel level.
- Routine checks of hotel facilities to carry out repairs where necessary.
- Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works.
- Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site.
- Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
- Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
- Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management.
- Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
- Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.
- Develop clear accountability for maintenance materials spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.
Qualifications / Experience
- Manufacturing/Engineering Degree is preferred, or HND, BTech.
- Extensive plant level experience with significant proven man management experience
- Completed a fully indentured apprenticeship with a mechanical/ electrical / electronic discipline.

Job Title: Front Office Manager
Location: Lagos
Core purpose of the Job
- Directly Manages all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties.
- Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
- Prepare monthly reports and budget for front office department.
Task Complexity
- Ensure smooth operation of the front office; follow up with satisfaction with guest related issues.
- Check-in and check-out, coordinate all guests’ requests, inform them of hotel service, features and room amenities.
- Maintain a positive attitude that will provide team work within the organization and must possess and display high level of personal standard.
- Effective management of guest relations, ensure that 90% of guests leave good reviews and feedback.
- Develop and implement annual guest satisfaction strategy with cooperation and collaboration of the entire team.
- Manage the Hotel Database.
- Ensure each and every guest is treated in a warm, friendly, efficient and accurate manner.
- Conduct routine checks on machines and equipment to ensure proper running of the front desk.
- Ensure porters carry out their functions effectively and efficiently, provide assistance with guest luggage.
- Liaise with other departments on behalf of guest.
- Strict implementation of sales processes and procedures.
- Effective management of room sales.
- Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Updates group information. Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel.
Job Specification
(Experience & Training) Academic and Professional:
- First Degree from the Arts, Sciences or Humanities.
- Minimum of four (4) years of hotel front desk supervisory experience, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.

N80,000 monthly.
Job Title: Driver
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for dedicated individuals with good time management skills for the position of Drivers.
- The role would require a physically fit individual who might be required to work nights and weekends and always ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use, among other duties.
Responsibilities
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
- Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest.
- Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
- Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
- Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
- Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient fuel and are always ready for use.
- Updating monthly mileage records.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license.
- 4 – 7 years driving experience.
- Must be up to 35 years of age and above.
- Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
- Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Proficiency using GPS devices.
- Candidates should reside around Festac, Amuwo – Odofin, Orile, Surulere or Ago Palace Way Axis.
Remuneration
50,000 Monthly.
