Job Title: Logistics/Maintenance Officer

Location: Warri, Delta
Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to staff in general office operations and identify future needs.
  • Manage logistics operations including all logistics assets in order to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Co-ordinate and provide logistics support to ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate logistics activities related to procurement, client visitation, and ongoing projects.
  • Perform logistics and procurement operations – Selection of vendors/suppliers and keep an updated vendor list.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • First degree in related field.
  • At least 4 years of logistics and maintenance experience.
  • Excellent and demonstrable experience in procurement processes and logistics management.
  • Advanced MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel & Power-point, a must-have.

Job Title: Admin/HR Generalist

Location: Warri, Delta
Company: Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

Summary

  • You will be responsible for providing a generalist Human Resource and Administrative support to the company including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, performance management, talent management, welfare & motivation and other generalist functions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  • Learning & Development.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with staff handbook.
  • Ensure all documents are filed and properly maintained.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned occasionally.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations or any other Social Sciences discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience from a reputable organization.
  • EPC experience is an added advantage.
  • CIPM membership or other relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Warri, Delta
Company: Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

Summary

  • You will maximise project margin and add value to the EPC projects by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting.
  • You will carry out monthly financial reviews on projects and forecast final outturn values for cost, sales and margin.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast the cost of the different project materials.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BoQs and other documentation.
  • Preparation of reports on new work and work in progress for cost monitoring and control, and for decision making.
  • Assisting in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
  • Performing risk and value management and cost control.
  • Advising on procurement strategy.
  • Measure and value the work done on site.
  • Pay subcontractors.
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
  • 4-8 years’ relevant work experience most especially in Oil & Gas.
  • Relevant post graduate qualifications and / or certification with NIQS.
  • Contract Management will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio).

 

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Warri, Delta

Summary

  • You will assume responsibility for accounting and ensure compliance with the contractual financial requirements of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting activities including preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and capital expenditure schedules.
  • Responsible for the statutory deductions of PAYE Tax, Pension, Withholding Tax and VAT, and remittance to the relevant local authorities on a monthly basis.
  • Assists in the company’s debt collection efforts. Ensures receivables are paid in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of financial outlook and financial forecasts.
  • Process payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field.
  • Possession of ACCA or ACA, CFA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience preferably in a financial reporting role in an EPC.
  • Strong analysis and financial modelling skills with advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
  • Strong presentation skills with advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools
  • Advanced skills in other Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Knowledge of MS Project.
