Job Title: Operations Lead

Job Description
- Lead the Operations team and build up efficient processes
Preferred Experience
- More than 5 years of working experience in online customer service/ support center; at least 2 years in a team lead position
- At least an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- Strong computer skill set and very good knowledge of common CRM softwares
- Strong communicator and highest degree of reliability
- Strong goal-driven mindset that goes beyond 9-5 job
Duties
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor the operations team (customer service/loan recovery)
- Drive operational improvement processes
- Review and resolve escalations
- Train and on-board new team joiners
- Evaluate team member
