We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Anambra
Department: F&B
Report To: General Manager

Job Description

  • To manage the food service and present our food dining concept to our guests.
  • To be able to drive the core menu offer with the ability to deliver consistency.
  • To be available at times of high attendance
  • To be sufficiently qualified for local and continental menus
  • To ensure food preparation following the standards, respecting the food safety regulations and the budget.
  • To ensure appropriate stock levels in order to ensure departmental profitability.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Posses advanced chef training.
  • Prior experience (2 years) in branded environment as a Senior Chef.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Technical skills on advanced food hygiene HACCP
  • Excellent management skills
  • Good knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Good knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods/understanding of menu costing.
  • Ability to understand and follow guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Able to work in a team
  • Good/positive attitude and passionate for food production.

 

Job Title: Head Housekeeper

Location: Anambra
Department: Housekeeping
Report To: General Manager

Job Description

  • To oversee, coordinate and organise the housekeeping department to ensure an exceptional service in room cleaning preparation.
  • To enforce company brand standard of quality and cleanliness and ensure an efficient use of all cleaning equipment and material.
  • To oversee and coordinate the organisation of the linen and welcome stock management, respecting safety and security within the allocated budget
  • To manage the ordering and use of room amenities
  • To be available at times of high attendance

Qualifications/Skills

  • Advance knowledge of hospitality
  • Prior experience (2 years) in a branded environment as a Supervisor/Manager in hospitality.
  • Prior management kills
  • Positive attitude to work/sense for detail
  • Working in a team/ good personal appearance.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication skills.
