In a bid to expand its business, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Market survey across Nigeria to ensure MINISO is represented in locations that meet the organizations’ standards
• Effectively manage the life cycle of all MINISO leasing processes from the acquisition of shop space to day of opening.
• Continuous monitoring of MINISO Nigeria’s business performance in all store locations to ensure they are profitable in terms of rent to turnover ratio
• Analyze market trends to ensure MINISO is ahead or at per with industry competition as far as location is concerned
• Achieve HQ’s strategic expansion plan for MINISO Nigeria through measurable means (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely).

Requirements

• 3+yrs experience in related or similar field.
• Related experience in retail industry is a +
• Negotiation skills, Good Presence, with excellent written and oral communications skills.
