Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Overview
- The successful candidate will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products and services we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information from clients and customers using available resources.
- Constantly contacting our top clients and giving the necessary updates where applicable.
Person Specification
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English or Linguistics with a minimum of 1-year experience in Call Centre Management.
Key Skills:
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Proficient in relevant computer applications like Microsoft word, Excel.
Job Title: Digital Marketer
Location: Lagos
Job Overview
- Our company is a fast-growing e-commerce company. In view of the growth of our business structure and services, we need the services of an experienced digital marketer. The successful candidate will be in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Candidate must reside around Lekki-Ajah Axis.
