Job Title: Management Information System Analyst – Agency Banking

Job Summary
- The Transaction Growth Analyst will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring agent transactions growth across all transaction type available on the network.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of agent banking transaction growth plan across all channels and transaction set
- Co-ordinate activities involved in identifying, onboarding, training and support of Agents
- Ensure recruited agents are on boarded within the agreed SLA.
- Develop, co-ordinate and implement marketing activities to create brand awareness and visibility aimed at driving agent growth and transactions.
- Generate transaction and activity report on agent performance
- Leading agents to pursue and achieve the desired objectives in accordance with established plans, sales goals and schedules
- Interface with commercial banks and third parties on company’s network partnership
- Attend to Agent, internal and external customer queries and complaints in line with the customer service standards of the company.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure agent transaction systems are up and running all the time.
- Carry out business risk assessments and institute controls in place to mitigate the risks, monitor compliance and safe operations of the agents by carrying out periodic visits.
- Carry out back office processing to ensure timely reconciliation agents accounts and also monitor both float and liquidity levels of Agents.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should have experience in Agency Banking.
- The candidate ideally should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in business related course e.g. Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Information technology or any other relevant degree.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Fintech or banking industry.
- Must be familiar with Agent Banking practices, policies and procedures.
Job Title: Sales Executive – Agency Banking
Location: Lagos
Role
- Direct marketing of company’s offerings to all merchants.
- Managing the affiliate and other direct marketers involved in selling company’s offerings to the grassroots and agent recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Seek approvals for requisition of POS terminals and place orders with PTSPs
- Take delivery of POS terminals and keep inventory records
- Configure POS terminals and ensure distribution to the Agent Network Development Team
- Handle complaints on POS terminals and engage PTSPs for repairs / replacement.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedure manuals for all activities related to POS Backend operations and Inventory Management.
- Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries
- Work with the related teams to ensure production and distribution of Agent branding collaterals.
- Take delivery of marketing merchandise for community activations/ awareness programmes.
- Maintain inventory and reconciliation reports on all Agent Banking collaterals and merchandise.
- Provide Agent Banking inventory reconciliation reports required by internal stakeholders
- Vendor management (Suppliers, Consultants)
- Logistics management
- Collaborate with required stakeholders to conduct risk assessment reviews to identify and address operational and business risks
- Writing and distributing proposals and business briefs.
- Managing the production of product materials including the leaflets, posters and flyers, cards- this will involve working with the brand marketing.
- Organizing and attending events, exhibitions, etc towards building the product.
- Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
- Monitoring competitor activity to ensure company maintains our market relevance.
- Analyzing pricing positions to ensure we stay competitive.
- Contributing to long-term marketing plans and strategies.
- Assisting in the delivery, implementation and monitoring of approved strategies.
- Develop a market particularly for the corporate sale of the Company’s prepaid Cards.
