Job Title: Sales Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced sales specialist to join our team of experts to take our company to greater heights. The successful candidate must be hardworking and should be able to work with little or no supervision.
Requirements
- A degree in the relevant field
- Must be well-spoken and very confident
- Should be able to work with little or no supervision
- Must have great interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Generation of new leads through cold calls and marketing campaigns (How many leads to call per day?)
- Negotiating contracts with clients
- Meeting daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
- Conversion of leads to deals (commission available, how much?)
- Preparation of sales presentations for clients
- Provision of excellent customer service with effective client-interactions through professionally-friendly communication, enquiry & complaints management and prompt resolution, (appropriate escalation when required)
- Building long-term relationships with new & existing customers
- Follow-up with customers to close deals and assess satisfaction levels.
Remuneration
Salary – N40,000 with the commission.
