Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Description
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE / OND
- Experience: 1 – 3 years
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage
- Single and preferably female
- Maximum age of 26 years
- Stays within Ikeja and its environ.
