We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja (Federal Capital Territory)

Job Purpose

  • Create and execute social media and communication campaigns to align with Verdant Homes marketing strategies
  • Create and design engaging content daily for social media accounts to drive sales and community growth
  • Manage social media pages

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in professional social media management for real estate brands
  • Completed B.Sc or Advanced degree in Mass Communications, Business, Sciences or any other related field
  • Professional experience in Social Media Managmement is required

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to identify and track relevant social metrics (Engagement rate, VTR etc)
  • Hands on experience with social media management in the Real Estate sector
  • Expert knowledge of online marketing and social marketing channels
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and work on multiple tasks
  • Proven creative / graphic design skills is plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and execute social media and communication campaigns to align with Verdant Homes marketing strategies
  • Manage social media pages across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin
  • Respond to visitor comments and customer queries in a timely manner in coordination with various departments like Customer service, Marketing etc
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
  • Monitor and report on irate / controversial feedback and visitor comments
  • Coordinate with various departments on daily basis for information updates and ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and updates of platforms.
