Job Summary
- As a Chief Cabin Crew Instructor, you are to lead, manage and develop the faculty to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities
- You will be supported by the Subject heads and colleagues from within the faculty and central services.
Typical Responsibilities
- Contributing to management decisions on all aspects of policy formulation, development and implementation
- Ensure the provision of an appropriately broad, balance, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students in the Faculty in accordance with the aims of the school and the curricular policies determined by the NCAA Nig. CARs
- Being accountable for leading, developing, coordinating and monitoring strategies to raise student achievement, in line with the school’s ‘Assessment for Learning’ targets, making best use of assess
- To identify strengths and areas for Improvement of staff and take appropriate actions to encourage high morale information
- Comply with auditing, quality assurance and risk management procedures both internal and external.
Qualification & Experience
- A current Cabin Crew License with appropriate ratings and a minimum of 5 years experience
- Hold an Instructors rating from an NCAA recognized Institution
- Excellent working knowledge of Operations, Procedures and Operations Manuals and the NCAA regulatory requirements
- A valid ICAO TIC 1 & 2 certificates.

- As an Account Manager, you are responsible for customer acquisition, customer retention, service, product expansion, account implementation and customer support.
