Our debut service is “buy now, pay later” where we allow formal & informal sector workers, and SME owners to purchase a variety of products and equipment for their homes and businesses but instead of paying for the products in full upfront, pay small amount over time.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: People Excellence Lead

Location: Ibadan, Oyo (Role may require some domestic travel)
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Oversee the Learning and Development officers.

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.A in Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager
• A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Sharp Business acumen
• Professional Certification(e.g CIPD or CITP) is a plus.

Salary
NGN100,000 – NGN150,000 / month.
