We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all internal and external Hr related inquiries or request.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Perform orientation and update records of new staff.
  • Assist with Hr projects.
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment processes by identifying candidates, performing reference check and issuing employment contracts.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • B.A in Businesses Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years proven experience as an Hr Officer
  • Excellent communications and people’s skills.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour law.
