Job Description
Formplus is looking for a Sales Development Associate. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Assess all client needs and promote suitable products
  • Engage inbound leads to get them to purchase readiness
  • Grow existing accounts by generating and qualifying leads
  • Manage existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for upsells
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure our software always meets user requirements.
  • Report all sales activities back to growth and business teams.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business or Marketing preferred but not compulsory
  • Minimum of 2 years working in software sales or similar role
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
  • Working knowledge of CRM (preferably Hubspot) and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in creating marketing-focused email copy
  • Proactive and self-driven approach to tasks
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong sense of time management and organization.
