Job Title: Human Resource Officer
- Have at least 5 years working experience as a HR officer in any organization or must have worked in a microfinance bank.
- Possess a working Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Have a Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) certification.
- Possess a BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
