Hours: Normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily.
Position Summary
- Export documentation officers ensure companies file and maintain accurate records for all exports.
- They verify export documents for compliance with local and international regulations, liaise with clients and perform logistical tasks.
- We would be needing the person so as to Gate in of Trucks into the Port or Terminal.
Job Description
- One who has a wide range of duties that deal with each step of the shipping process.
- Track shipments and communicate with clients about the package’s progress.
- They coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.

Job Description
- Supporting Commercial Manager and Executives (office administration, client correspondence, diary management, arranging travel).
- Updating the Commercial Agency’s programme and investment database, to display up-to-date information on all programmes as well as negotiation/ co-production details.
