Job Descriptions
- The Business Development executive will market, publicise, promote and sell our web / software development and training services both online and offline, and will also be our Brand Ambassador promoting our online platforms to the public.
- They will draw our target clients in and generate new business and open new markets for the company.
Job Responsibilities
The role will include the following, but not be limited to:
- Generate new sales, leads and contacts.
- Identify potential clients and maintain contacts with them.
- Manage existing client’s portfolio.
- Develop traditional and digital marketing campaigns, online sales, customer engagement and brand awareness to promote our services and brands.
- Manage the production of digital and traditional marketing material.
- Manage our social media accounts and content production. Share and promote content on our social networks daily.
- Develop creative ideas and improvements to increase traffic, sales and customer experience on our online sites.
- Source advertisement opportunities and place adverts in digital and traditional media.
- Build and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Provide customer services.
- Attend industry events to build relationships with key prospects.

Job Title: IT Support Consultant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We currently seek a seriously awesome and talented person to join our team as an Application Support Consultant.
- The Application Support Consultant will be responsible for supporting our clients with any issues they may have, maintenance of applications and carrying out backend administrative tasks.
- On a day to day basis, you will be called upon to help clients with their IT needs and ensure all our client facing applications are working to their optimum.
Job Responsibilities
The role will include the following, but not be limited to:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to iBez clients
- Troubleshooting system problems, diagnosing and solving software faults investigating and diagnosing user problems and complaints,
- Talking clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help use the Handy-Jacks and Lets-Share applications or resolve issues
- Administrative support for Handy-Jacks and Lets-Share applications
- Updating content on websites and applications
- Deploying and configuring applications
- Monitoring and maintaining applications usage stats on iBez website,
- Handy-Jacks and Lets-Share applications
- Preparing procedural and technical documentation on new applications
- Report writing
- Ensuring business continuity by ensuring sites are secure, making recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems and carrying out routine maintenance and back-up of Handy-Jacks and Lets-Share, and all websites
- Test and evaluate new software solutions during development and prior to roll-out
- Support the roll-out / deployment of new applications
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond within agreed time limits to client requests
- Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals and partners
- Conduct daily checks on applications and websites.
