Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. In view of our quest for expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Carpenter

Location: Lagos

Duties And Responsibilities

• Carpenter must possess adequate skill to execute carpentry work, iron monger and furniture fixtures.
• Must be able to analyze and execute task according to regulated standards.
• Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides carpentry works / fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. – Aluminum partition works, Façade Cleaning, e.t.c.
• Must be able to handle portable and dedicated power tools and equipments.
• Must be to able to perform carpentry works, iron monger, and furniture fixtures, e.t.c
• Any other related job

Knowledge And Skills Required

• Applicant must have proven track record on the job.
• Basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite
• The Applicant is expected to be familiar with carpentry, aluminum works, iron monger works, furniture

Qualification

• Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3years experience in furniture works.

Job Title: Plumber

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• Applicant must possess a minimum of Trade Test Certificate or its equivalent with not less than 3 years’ experience in plumbing, piping works and water treatment.
• Applicant must be competent in welding/PPR and work in line with HSE procedure.
• Certificate of relevant training as a Plumber.

Job Title: Aluminium Technician

Location: Lagos

Duties And Responsibilities

• Technician must possess adequate skill to execute aluminum fixtures and maintenance.
• Must be able to analyze and execute task according to regulated standards
• Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides aluminum fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. – Façade Cleaning, e.t.c.
• Must be able to handle portable and dedicated power tools and equipments
• Must be able to perform aluminum works, iron monger works, furniture, e.t.c
• Any other related job

Job Title: Electromechanical Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Duties And Responsibilities

• Follows-up all maintenance works (Corrective & preventive Maintenance).
• Inspects work for completeness.
• Manages leads and coordinates the maintenance (corrective & preventive) teams.
• Works closely with his team on trouble shooting problems.
• Generates periodic informative reports regarding all maintenance facets
• Make work assignments and supervise the work of subordinate employees on assigned tasks.
• Any other related job

Qualifications

• Must be a holder of HND / B.Eng in Electric/ Mechanical Engineering
• Must be experienced in high rise building maintenance and must have at least 5 years experience.

Knowledge and skills Required:

• Basic understanding of electrical and Mechanical systems
• Basic understanding of HVAC and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshooting, supervision, coordination and hands-on repair of chillers system and electrical system.
• Troubleshooting and hands-on repair of 11KVA medium voltage, electrical power panel, control panels, electrical equipments, electrical pumps, motors, variable, frequency drive e.t.c
• Must have experience with chillers /chilled water system and electrical system in high rise building facility.
• Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English.

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess excellent planning and analytical.
• Strong work experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning).
• In-depth knowledge of the general configuration, installation, servicing and repairs of all Precision type air-conditioning systems.
• Troubleshooting of air conditioning systems.

Qualification & Experience

• Trade Test Certificate.
• Certificate of relevant training as an HVAC technician.
• Minimum of 3years experience in similar role.
