Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Qualification
- A minimum requirement of HND in Food Technology or any related field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- This position reports to the Manager
- Purchase of produce and raw materials
- Process produce
- Follow and comply with established procedures, including recipes, health, and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices
- Operate and sanitize equipment (juicers, blenders) in a safe and proper manner
- Set up, break down, & clean work areas & other areas of the store daily
- Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the factory
- Monitor working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the factory
- Arrange for maintenance and repair of malfunctioned equipment
- Ensuring that food manufacturing processes conform with government, processing, consumer and industry standards
