- In-depth knowledge in core enterprise network design & infrastructure.
- Understanding of networking components, system deployment, software installation, hardware and application configuration, system administration, hands-on automation, scripting, disaster recovery, virtualization, VDI and the application of security layers.
- Knowledge on devops practices, automation, CI/CD.
- Experience on Huawei virtualization and cloud technologies would be an added advantage.
- Experience in container technologies like docker/kubernetes would be an added advantage.

Job Title: Delivery Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Nigeria
Role
- Owner of Quality Management function, taking end to end responsibility to fulfill requirements.
- Service Delivery Quality & Reporting
- DQA role in Transformation and Project Quality Management.
- Knowledge Management.
- Process Frameworks, Templates, Checklist and Document management.
- Program communication management and Program Reporting.
- Work in a cross functional organization in close coordination with relevant stakeholders to fulfill the designated task in PMO function/s in the assigned programs.

- Assist PMO leader/Director in implementation of Huawei’s IT projects-related quality framework, policies and procedures as laid down in contract and company processes
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Huawei HQ Quality Assurance division to develop quality plans, quality reports for IT operations/ IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry benchmarked IT Quality Management standards – Standard CS MS Projects QM manual and R&R definition; MS Ops Processes governance (quality & Security) criteria.
- Develop reporting dashboard, reports for the assigned function. Prepare reports as per defined intervals to all concerned stakeholders.
- Capture, implement improvement activities from time to time based on learnings, audits and industry practices.
- Assist PMO leader/Director in translating IT Governance and Quality strategy and plans into specific improvement programs/ projects.
- Additional responsibilities include assisting the PMO Director with defining, improving and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, assisting Managers on operations, projects by contributing to Quality Reviews, and co-ordinating activities in support of quality objectives.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of six years relevant experience in Quality Management Role, in IT /Telecom industry.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Management or a related discipline
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification Preferred.
- PMP Certified, Prince 2 Certified (desirable)
- Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
- Experience of working within a structured project management framework
Required Skills:
- Certification and knowledge of at least one of the standards.
- Services ITIL ISO2000, Software ISO/IEC 12207-2008, CMMI / OSIMM

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Head
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Provide Infrastructure services vision, enable innovation and leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with customers’ requirements and expectations.
- Lead ITO strategic technology initiatives to build and maintain key elements of the customers enterprise infrastructure and associated project portfolio, including but not limited to 24×7 data center infrastructure management and evolution, mobility and remote access services, ubiquitous wireless networks, enterprise-scale messaging environments, active directory multi-forest integration, dual-carrier global WAN, software-defined internetworking, and innovative end user computing solutions.
- Provide leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance. Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of IT operations within and with the OEMs/Suppliers.
- Ensure comprehensive Disaster Recovery architecture is maintained and operations are in place to ensure compliance with required RPOs and RTOs during business continuity events (emphasizing but not limited to storage area networks and redundant, highly-available server and network architectures).
- Lead an extremely talented team of infrastructure Managers, Specialists and Administration professionals who with others define, manage and support the entire operations infrastructure for EMTS.
- Plan: 1) Future skill requirements, 2) Skill development strategies and resources, 3) Personnel levels based on project and operational demands, and 4) In coordination with senior I&O managers, professional and personal development for all members of I&O team.
- Motivate, organize, mentor, and manage senior managers within the team.
- Participate in IT strategic planning, project planning and budget planning efforts.

- 12+ years of technical and leadership experience managing and/or directing large IT operational teams also preferred.
Required skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Data Center Operations, telecommunications, Network engineering, Data Center applications, Client/Server computing, Databases, Storage & Backup, Cloud computing and production operations support.
