We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Audit Executive
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: A good first degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
- Professional Qualification:Membership of relevant accounting bodies and attendant qualifications eg ACA, ACCA, ICAN, etc. will be an added advantage
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Receives stock from OPM into the warehouse after due checking of its expiry dates, quality and quantity.
- Compare for quantity order placed with quantity order received and identify any shortfall or variance and send report to Head of Audit.
- Proper documentation and signing of delivery notes and invoices
- Prepare delivery notes on excel and send for onward processing into dynamics by operations, audit and accounts departments
- Ensure what was received into the warehouse tallies with what was received on dynamics
- Received stocks returned from customers and branches and prepare Return Inward note to be process with Accounts for necessary reversal
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
