Job Title: Food and Beverages Supervisor
Location:
LagosPosition Summary
- Responsible for all the various business operations of the Restaurant/Bar/ Lounge areas.
- Attending to customer complaints and resolving them in the most balanced way.
- Ensure that the facility is working in compliance with all the safety regulations and codes.
- Make sure that the entire staff is disciplined and delegate duties within the staff and see that each one is following their roles and responsibilities.
- Responsible for maintaining important documents, ordering inventory, managing assets.
Position Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a standard hotel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
- Minimum of OND in Business or Hospitality related field.
Job Title: Guest Relations Officer
Location: Lagos
Position Summary
- Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
- Have detailed information about the hotel and city.
- Check on VIP guest movements, complete their pre-registration formalities.
- Allocate rooms to all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences.
- Collect guest feedback forms and do any possible first hand service recovery steps.
- Have detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements.
Position Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Minimum of HND or BSc degree in a Business or Hospitality related field.
- Previous work experience in 4 star or branded hotels an added advantage.
