Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Ref: DRM/119/DMM
Location: Lagos

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating thorough knowledge of all digital platforms (search, display, social, video, native, mobile, programmatic etc.), including current developments in this space and experimental beta products
• Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of mobile as a medium not just limited to advertising but beyond e.g. developing bespoke solutions, developments of Apps, etc.
• Managing Ad Serving, campaign management tolls and programmatic buying
• Training and staying abreast of the latest developments in the ever-changing digital landscape and cascading to team members and clients
• Planning and directing the organization’s activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.
• Leading a team of 10-12 young talents with the objective of guiding and developing them to deliver on business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Marketing or any other related discipline with 7-8 years’ post NYSC experience in related role
• Versatile with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, etc.
• A diploma or any other relevant certification in digital marketing or communication
• Good communication and leadership skills.
