Job Title: Female Sales /Accountant
Location:
 Dopemu, Lagos
Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
  • Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 4 years Sales/Accounting experience
  • Expertise with QuizBooks or any other accounting package(s).
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Relevant years of working or internship experience
  • Other relevant trainings and certification
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location

Requirements/Qualification
  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
  • B.Sc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
Job Title: Female Sales Coordinator
Location
: Dopemu, Lagos
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
  • Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations
  • Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
  • Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
  • Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.
  • Must have the carriage to act as Operation Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required
  • 3+ years’ of sales experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team development and leadership skills

Job Title: Female Admin/Sales Executive
Location:
 Dopemu, Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Maintain master corporate calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacations
  • Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
  • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
  • Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
  • Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
  • Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get best pricing on supplies and services
  • Produce professional quality reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position and 2 years Sales Experience.
  • Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Basic bookkeeping and math skills
  • Proficiency in English; second language a plus
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
  • Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
