We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Lagos
- Prepare General Arrangement drawings in accordance with Good Engineering Practice as stated in relevant and applicable codes and standard, making corrections where necessary.
- Prepare equipment datasheets based on details/data provided on PEFS, vendor documents and relevant codes and standards applicable for each project.
- Prepare Material Take off (MTO), Tie-In and Manual Valve Lists
- Review Piping Isometrics, making corrections where necessary.
- To ensure deliverables are issued to meet the set targets.
- Ensure participation in all QHSSE programmes.
- Intervene and/or report unsafe acts / conditions and near misses
- Preparation & Issue of Scope of work (input to RFQ), evaluation of vendor’s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc.
- Good knowledge of engineering design codes like, ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM, NFPA, BS, TEMA & and standards like Shell DEP, Total GS, Mobil GP, Chevron CES, etc.
- Review of vendor’s documents, calculations, reports, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations.
- To ensure deliverables are issued to meet the set targets.
- Review and update all deliverables issued to clients to ensure they meet and/or exceed clients’ expectations at all times.
- Interface and communicate with other departments to achieve project goals
- Intervene and/or report unsafe acts / conditions and near misses
- Preparation of Mechanical FEED and DED Documents for all projects under the supervision of senior engineers.
Qualification & Experience
- A relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in software such as AutoCAD, Caesar II, Auto Pipe, PV-Elite, PDMS, Auto PLANT, HTRI.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel, Access & Word and other applicable software.
- Strong organizational skills, technical competence and attention to details.
- At least five (5) years of progressive experience in design and facilities engineering both Onshore and Offshore, Green and Brown fields in the oil and gas industry
- Field engineering and construction experience is an asset.
- Competent oral (English) and written communication skills
- Knowledge of industry/regulatory standards

Job Title: Civil Structural Engineer
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of civil/structural drawings for both steel and reinforced concrete elements using AutoCAD.
- Preparation of structural analysis and design reports for pipe racks, platforms and reinforced concrete equipment and foundations.
- Preparation of project design specifications.
- Preparation of Structural Models and detailed drawings using AutoCAD Structural Detailing 3D/2D
- Preparation of Materials Take-off (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Review (as guided by a senior engineer) engineering design drawings, reports and specifications submitted by the design consultants to ensure completeness, correctness and compliance.
- Good knowledge of engineering design codes like DNV, ASME, BS & Eurocodes and standards like DEP, GS, GP, CES, etc.
- Attend Technical meetings with the design consultants and other Sub-Consultants, Contractors.
- Review and reply to bidders’ clarifications, participate in issuing bulletins and attending Technical Meetings with bidders during Tender preparation.
- Perform other duties as requested.

- Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment etc. for Tenders (as required) and for awarded Projects. Review of Clients tender documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of FEED design & calculations.
- Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and update Overall Pipeline route Drawings, Route Proposal Drawings, Alignment Sheets / Approach Drawings, Bulk Material Take-Offs.
- Generate Pipeline Isometrics.
- Prepare shop fabrication drawings for compliance with relevant codes and standards and forecast reports and other associated documentation.
- Prepare specifications and equipment datasheets for line pipe, pumps, valves and tanks based on details provided on PEFS (P&ID) as well as relevant Codes and Standards.
- Isometric checking against P&ID, Specifications, Line Attributes and Bill of Materials.
- Good knowledge of engineering design codes like, ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM, NFPA, BS, TEMA & and standards like Shell DEP, Total GS, Mobil GP, Chevron CES, etc.
