Job Title: General Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurial Studies, or other related fields.
- Post graduate degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience as the General Manager in service or retail-related industry and a proven track-record in the retail industry
Competencies and skills:
- Proven ability to negotiate and source contacts
- Adequate knowledge of supply chain management
- Understanding of basic retail concepts
- Knowledge of effective merchandise presentation standards
- Excellent experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
- Strong communication, team building and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of IT
- Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
- changes in strategies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
