Job Title: Human Resources and Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Minimum of a first degree in any of the Social Sciences/Humanities
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English Language both in writing and speaking
- Age: between 35 and 50
- Must be a member of a professional body
- Not less than 10 years proven experience in a similar role
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Hire and Train employees
- Update internal databases
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
