Job Description
- He/She will be the liaison between the organization and its current and potential customers. He/She will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identifying customers’ needs clarify information; research every issue and providing solutions.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Requirements
- HND/BSc in any discipline.
- Must not be more than 28 years old.
- Excellent spoken English with impressive interpersonal skills
- Must be Fluent in English and one other Language
- One or two years’ experience working in a related job role.
- Must be resident in Lagos.

Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Summary
- The main responsibility of an Executive assistant is to manage the day-to-day operations of the executive,
- Enhance executive’s effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others, organizing and maintaining files and records, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, managing projects and conducting research.
Job Description
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
Key Responsibilities
- Have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings. Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
Job Requirement

- Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
