Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Female)

Summary/Objective

  • Overseeing  all front and back of the house restaurant operations
  • Ensuring  customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Maintaining  quality control for all food served
  • Analyzing  staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
  • Projecting  future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
  • Seeking ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
  • Generating  weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  • Doing day to day operation management of all functional areas of the restaurant.
  • Ensuring restaurant is ready for opening each day and all set-up forspecial events is completed on time.
  • Completing orders for restaurant supplies.
  • Recognizing and encourage exceptional customer service provided by restaurant staff.
  • Expediting orders as needed.
  • Gathering feedback from guests to affirm or improve food and service quality.
  • Assisting with event requirements as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Description

  • We are looking to hire a Social media/customer executive who has had cognate experience working as a customer care representative in a similar work environment and is familiar with the use of social media as well as taking and editing of pictures for social media presence.

Summary/Objective

  • The Social media/customer service executive oversees day to day running of the official social media account as well as function as a customer service executive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the social media account of the restaurant.
  • Taking and editing pictures to be posted on all social media platforms.
  • Having direct contacts with customers during visits to the restaurant.
  • Taking note of requests and complaints of customers.
