Job Description
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Book meetings and schedule events
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Handle queries from managers and teams
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Assist employees with tending to errands and out of office tasks
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Requirements
- HND/BSC in related discipline
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Minimum of 3yrs Experience
