Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or any other Social Science and related discipline
- 5-8 year’s experience in a similar role.
- Certified member of ICAN or ACCA.
- Strong accounting, analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Highly numerate and able to be at ease with figures.
- Ability to focus on quality, cross-checking, numbers and facts, to ensure zero error.
Skills:
- Account Reconciliation, Budgets, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Financial Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of the Monthly Reporting to Management and Corporate Head Office in partnership with the Chief Accountant.
- Prepare the Budget and Mid-term Plan for the various entities.
- Check and control the reliability of cost accounting and management information from different reports.
- Develop and implement KPs by activity to immediately alert potential drift.
- Propose areas of improvement for OPEX monitoring and reduction.
- Participate in strengthening and training the Credit Controllers and Debts Collectors.
- Improve the monitoring of the Branch activities.
- Establish procedures and management processes when necessary.
