Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of lconic commercial/ Office buildings.
- Prepare and implement maintenance schedule for all installed equipment (Lifts / Central Air conditioning systems, Sewage and water treatment Plants amongst others)
- Establish and maintain good relationship with Equipment Vendors.
- Organize appropriate safety drills from time to time for occupants
- Ensures compliance with all Statutory Regulations/requirements.
General Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Architecture, Civil, Electrical or other related discipline.
- MBA or other post-graduate qualifications will be added advantage.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to multitask with proven project management capabilities.
- Professional Certification in facilities management/architecture/estate management will be added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of entire real estate value chain (regulatory process / health and safety etc.)
Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in an Estate/Facility Management Environment with at least 5 years at Managerial Level.
- Previous experience in managing properties of over 10 floors will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationship with occupants of building
- Experience in working with contractors from different background.
- Candidates must possess excellent Negotiating and Communication Skills.
Job Title: Managing Director
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Benchmark and advise on rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
- Lead the accomplishment of financial objectives; rent collection; payment of bills; forecasting requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action etc.
- Give strategic direction on proper maintenance of properties, security, resolving complaints and enforcement of occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with services providers etc.
- Responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements, occupancy policies and service management etc.
- Advise management on strategic planning, competitors, market trends and regulations.
General Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to multitask with proven project management capabilities.
- Professional Certification in Facilities Management/Architecture/Estate Management etc.

- Excellent Negotiating, Organizational and Communication.
Experience:
- Minimum of Twenty (20) years experience in property development/real estate/facility management environment with at least 10 years at Management/Leadership level.
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients and contractors from different backgrounds.
- Proven ability to successfully manage diverse team of technical, facility officers, vendors and contractors.
- Must have worked, or be currently working, in at least one of the top, reputable Estate Management companies
- Responsible for accomplishment of organization goals, exploring opportunities to add value to business growth.

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Responsibilities
- Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
- Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; ensure payment of collecting security deposit.
- Ensures collection of rents, service charge and other statutory bills from tenants
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and cleaning services
- Maintains building systems through supervision of third party agencies.
- Secures property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by engaging with violators etc.
- Ensures compliance with all Statutory Regulations/requirements.
- Liaises with all relevant Statutory Agencies
General Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering. MBA or other post-graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to multitask with proven project management capabilities.

- Experience in dealing with relevant. Nigerian government agencies and parastatals
- Proven track record in leasing/renting of commercial/residential properties
